Our directors have spent their careers in insolvency, corporate turnaround, and business funding - working directly with distressed businesses, their directors, their creditors, and their financiers. That experience taught us that the businesses with the best outcomes are almost always the ones that sought advice earliest, from people who had genuinely done the work before.

We named the firm around the idea of the triangle - three points of stability: assessment, strategy, and execution. It's also a nod to a place known for uncertainty and things disappearing without a trace. Our job is the opposite: to bring visibility, structure, and a clear course through uncertain financial waters.
